1.  Introduction and Acceptance



a. Membership Subscription Introduction

Crown America Car Wash (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers Membership Subscription services to Consumers (“you” or “your”) for purchase. Membership Subscriptions provide discounts on car wash services based on the plan chosen.

b. Membership Subscription Acceptance

By subscribing to our Car Wash Membership, you authorize Crown America Car Wash to automatically charge your credit card each month on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. This subscription will continue until you modify or cancel it by submitting a request through our website’s modification and cancellation form. Please see the “Changes and Cancellation” section of these Terms of Service for more information regarding cancellation or modification of Membership Subscriptions.

c. Royal Text Club (Non-Member) Subscription Introduction

Crown America Car Wash (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers the Royal Text Club to non-members who wish to receive promotional communications. The Royal Text Club allows Consumers (“you” or “your”) who are not active Members at the time of enrollment to opt in to receive email and/or SMS communications in exchange for free offers, discounts, promotions, and other marketing incentives related to Crown America Car Wash services.

d. Royal Text Club Acceptance

By enrolling in the Royal Text Club, you authorize Crown America Car Wash to send you recurring SMS and/or email communications, which may include free wash codes, promotional offers, discounts, account-related messages (if applicable), and other value-added incentives. Consent to receive these communications is not required as a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Please see the “SMS and Email Communications; Opt-Out Rights” section of these Terms of Service for additional information.

e. Former Members Communications

Former Members of Crown America Car Wash may continue to receive email and/or SMS communications after their Membership has ended. These communications may include promotional offers, discounts, free wash opportunities, re-enrollment incentives, service updates, or other marketing and informational messages related to Crown America Car Wash. Communications are sent only to contact information previously provided by the Former Member. Please see the “SMS and Email Communications; Opt-Out Rights” section of these Terms of Service for additional information.

f. One-Time Purchase Customers Communications

Customers who make a one-time purchase from Crown America Car Wash and do not enroll in a Membership Subscription or the Royal Text Club (“One-Time Purchase Customers”) may receive email and/or SMS communications related to their transaction. These communications may include receipts, service confirmations, customer service messages, and, where permitted by applicable law, promotional offers, discounts, free wash opportunities, and other marketing or value-added incentives related to Crown America Car Wash services. Communications are sent to the contact information provided at the time of purchase or through subsequent interactions. Please see the “SMS and Email Communications; Opt-Out Rights” section of these Terms of Service for additional information.

g. SMS and Email Communications; Opt-Out Rights

Crown America Car Wash may send SMS and/or email communications to Members, Royal Text Club subscribers, Former Members, and One-Time Purchase Customers in accordance with these Terms of Service and applicable law. Communications may include transactional messages, service updates, promotional offers, discounts, free wash opportunities, and other marketing or informational content.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may opt out of email communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the emails sent to you. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS or email communications is not required as a condition of purchase.

2.  SMS and Email Communications

As a Member with a User Account, a Royal Text Club subscriber, a Former Member, or a One-Time Purchase Customer, you may opt in to receive promotional alerts, updates, and other important communications via SMS (if applicable) and email. By opting in, you consent to receive automated messages to the phone number and email address you provided. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to the applicable short code and may opt out of email communications by following the unsubscribe link included in the emails sent to you.

3.  Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The California Consumer Privacy Act (”CCPA”) requires us to provide our California consumers with a Privacy Policy that contains a comprehensive description of our online and offline practices regarding our collection, use, sale, sharing, and retention of their personal information, along with a description of the rights they have regarding their personal information. Our Privacy Policy provides the information the CCPA requires, together with other useful information regarding our collection and use of personal information. 

Your personal information, such as your phone number, email, full name, address, and vehicle description, will be used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy to administer services and will not be shared or used for any other purposes. 4.  Changes and Cancellations

Members can manage their accounts online through the customer portal at crownamericacarwash.app.rinsed.co/portal to discontinue, pause, or change plans (limit one Membership level change per 90 days) and update payment information.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing the online portal, you may contact Crown America Car Wash at (562) 262-0364 or visit 5450 South Street, Lakewood, CA 90712 for assistance with your cancellation request. Manual requests to cancel or modify your Membership must be sent with at least seven (7) days' notice before your next billing date to not be billed for the following month. When you cancel your Car Wash Membership, your membership will end on the last day of that subscription period. No refunds or credits are available for partial periods. Crown America Car Wash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel memberships at any time.

5.  Terms and Conditions

Membership is for ONE vehicle only and is valid during normal business hours, as posted on our website. We reserve the right to close or modify hours due to weather, equipment maintenance, or special events. Rates and terms are subject to change, and we reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.

7. Acknowledgement
